but I stuck in the 2nd step, it requires me to enter a barcode, but i didn't receive any barcode,

To buy tickets, you need to have a clubcard, or a seasonticket. So to registrate you will also need to have one of those.
It requires a season ticket barcode, or a clubcard barcode. Before you can registrate online, you need to get yourself a clubcard. The clubcard is connected to your identity. So if you then registrate online, you need to enter your barcode. Then the tickets you buy online are connected to your identity. This is to keep away fans from buying the tickets.

I'm afraid the form you need to fill in to receive a clubcard, is not available in English. I think it's best if you contact the club. They can tell you what to do. Just call this number : +31 (0)513 - 612 100. They will connect you with ticketing.

it is totally fine! I'm from China, huge football fan. I study here in Fryslan now, and sc Heerenveen no doubt represents Fryslan. so it automatically turns me to a Heerenveen fan, no need to explain more.
