17 years old striker, Samir Fazli, on the beggining of July will go on 10 days trials at dutch side SC Heerenveen. The Makedonija Gjorce Petrov's player is one of the best youth players in the Macedonian league and is part of the U-21 national team.
According to the daily paper Vest, if Fazli shows a good form on the trial, he wont play for Heerenveen right away because he is still underaged and instead he will be loaned to his current club, FK Makedonija Gjorce Petrov Skopje.
In an interview with Vest, Heerenveen's scout Dragan Putevski said:
"Im watching Fazli's games for a whole year. Im my opinion, Macedonia haven't had a talent like him for a long time. He is explosive, with great tecnics, so I've told Heerenveen's chairman about him, so on the begging of July Fazli will come to us on trials. Because he still hasn't 18 years, if we agree he will play next season in Makedonija Gjorce Petrov as a loaned player, and the season after next he will play for Heerenveen. Heerenveen's preparations for the next season starts on 7th of July."
Samir Fazli already was on trials in a famous european club. He was one week part of Serie A side U.C. Sampdoria SpA when he was 16 years old. He was playing for the U-19 national team but this year Macedonian U-21 coach Mirsad Jonuz brought him in his squad to make his debut in the 3:0 win against Montenegro.
Inmiddels is deze jongen hier al even en doet hij het heel behoorlijk in de verschillende teams.
