B.I )Abidjan , as personal secretary working directly under the manager-auditor controling international remittance funds and all foreign account departement.

I was inspired to contact you purely on business deal in relation to this development that came up at the bank where I work. On an emergency executive board meeting been summoned and presided over by my boss on the 20th of March 2003 , in which I was opportuned to take the munites of the meeting. It was revealed as a top agenda for the meeting that there was this customer to the bank whose name is Dr. Stanford Kelvin from Scotland. This man deposited the sum of $76,000,000,00 USD (Seventy Six Million United States Dollars). In a domicilliary accounts with the (S B I ) Bank here in Abidjan on 29th May , 1997. unfortunately, in September 11th , the same year, he died in a plane
crash alongside with his entire imediate family of wife and two children.

However, ever since the incident , nobody has come up or applied as next of kin to the deceased as to claim back the money as stated in his will. To this effect therefore, the bank have reached an agreement that if by May 29th 2003, nobody comes up or applies as the deceased next of kin, the deposited money would be absorbeb into the banks treasury as an unclaimed asset as it is the banks standard that in a case of this nature, where the money remains unclaimed for 6yrs, then it automatically becomes an inverted asset / unclaimed bill.

On this note herein I contact you, to assist me lets claim this money. It is very easy as nobody can suspect me of aiding such claim, if only you can provide an account that can carry this amount when transfered by the bank. As an insider, and directly working under the head of the department to which this deal is concerned,I have been able to grab all neccessary information related to this deal.I will be able to stand by you and furnish you comprehensively, with all it will take to make this deal a success.This man has other trust funds deposited in other countries as contained in his will which I have grabbed from the copy deposited with the bank (as trustee executor) and their contacts as lies with the solicitor trustee (Attorney) .

Please this is a very serious deal. If you are sincerely capable to assist me pay up for the proffessional service charges as to enable us obtain the insurance renewal update policy number as contained in the man's "will" as an agreement with the bank, please kindly and quickly respond to me very fast declaring to me your willingness and readiness to achieve this deal. The depositor was a foreigner and it must take a foreigner to apply as next of kin, that is why I am contacting you as a foreigner.

After this money is finally transferred to your account,I will wish to resign up my appointment with the bank and come over to your country for disbursment and perhaps reside there as you may help me. From thence, we will proceed to claim other trust funds deposited in other countries as contained in Dr. Stanford kelvin´s "will". The offer for assistance is negotiable. On your response to this my appeal, I will be able to acquaint you with further steps to achieving this deal snapididly. Respond to me as quickly as possible .Remember this deal is between you & me only and no one else knows I am involved,therefore,you must do everything possible to protect my interest by keeping this deal to yourself alone to avoid implications as you can see I am still a civil servant.
